Three aboriginal activists in Canada are facing a heavy lawsuit from the largest rail company in North America for their participation in a blockade in June of last year. Now, a year and a half after the historic National Aboriginal Day of Action, native rights activists in Canada are demonstrating, and calling for CN rail to back down.
