On Wednesday, June 18, la Otra Campaña held a demonstration in San Cristobal, Chiapas, to demand the release of all political prisoners in Mexico. This has been one of the primary campaigns of La Otra Campaña in recent months, and continues to be a major demand of many social movements in Mexico who face increasing repression under the government of Felipe Calderon.
