From August 20-21, 2007, Stephen Harper, George W. Bush, and Felipe Calderon will be meeting in Montebello, Quebec, just 90 minutes outside of Montreal. They will be meeting to further the plans for the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), a plan which furthers the growing global trend of opening borders to merchandise while closing them to people.
